HOUSE RULES

Dear Guests,

These house rules have been adopted to insure proper use of the rented premises and to secure your comfort and safety.

Accommodation unit is available from 15 p.m. on the day of arrival till 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Keys. One set of keys will be handed over.
During the stay, guests are expected to keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
Guests should use common sense in not bothering neighbors or making noise on off hours (15:00-17:00 and 00:00-08:00). Please respect each other's privacy and tranquility.
Dispose waste regularly in the villas garbage containers. Never leave garbage outside and around the house as to prevent pests' attacks.
Windows. Please close all windows and doors when leaving the villa.
Outdoor umbrellas should be closed on windy days, as they may tip over and pose a safety risk.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Please do not rearrange the furniture in the rooms.
Toilet. Toilet paper, cotton wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons etc. should not be thrown into the toilets.

Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. When outdoors please use ashtrays as there is a high risk of fire.
Children. Please supervise your children at all times when using the pool. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED WHEN PLAYING AROUND OR INSIDE THE SWIMMING POOL.
Parties are not allowed.
Linen. Linen is changed midweek. Always use your own towels when going to the beach.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit with remote control. Please assure that windows are closed when A/C is on. Ensure that all units are switched off when leaving the villa.
Guests are expected to conserve water & energy. Please turn off lights, fans, stoves, air-conditioners, TVs when not in use!
